Migration issue - Plusnet to ee

Layline
Visitor

Hi.

I was migrated from Plusnet to EE for my broadband and digital phone. My new account is not properly linked, so I cannot see my new bills and payment has not been taken via direct debit. Please reply so I can provide further details for this to be rectified.
