Pay bill

I was just paying my phone bill. The money was taken from my account, but it didn’t show up as paid on the website because an error popped up again during the payment.

Resolved! Can I downgrade the SIM element of my plan

I am paying £29.89 per month for the SIM part of my contract, which includes 25 GB of data per month. I do not use this much data. Can I downgrade my SIM so I pay less a month and still keep my device payment?

Phone number deleted today

Hi I’ve been on a pay monthly phone contract which has been cancelled literally today (as in I can’t call anyone as of today) so now I have no number. Is there anyway of recovering this number asap and starting a new contract with ee
