Hi all,
i think i may have remove something from my EE account and now i can’t link back to see my bill and everything. I have monthly bill not pay as you go, but i have tried to top up £1 pound, because i have seen some post about this, and still not working..
i hve tried with different browsers, and the second number which i have it, still not working..
thank you in advance for help!

If you are on a pay monthly contract, then you cannot add £1 top up, that is for pay as you go, that is why it is not working.

It didn’t work before the top up, because i’ve seen a post regard the top up, i thought i should try.. i spoke with Khushi Madaan vis live chat, she/he said “see they have linked it back and it will take 24 hours to reflect in your EE
app as well so you will be able to access bills and please logout from EE app ”.. fingers crossed this will gonna work
