Hi I have transferred from BT and have set up an account with EE, I have two questions

Where can I view my bill

Where is my 9-digit account number the one on the email starting with GB ******9351 doesn't work as it says it needs to be 9 digits long

Thanks Phil

Hello @PhilW4 ,

Welcome to the community,

You can view your bill by downloading the EE App or by logging into your account via the website, but you will only see your bill once they let you know that your bill is ready.

As for the latter question, I have no idea, sorry.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Is it EE Mobile or Broadband you are trying to link @PhilW4 ? Only mobile accounts have a 9 digit account number whereas Broadband accounts start with GB. As part of the migration you would have got an email link as an "invitation to set up your EE ID" if creating a brand new account without mobile, otherwise if you already had an EE mobile account the guide you spoke to should have linked these for you and it should appear in your app automatically.

@PhilW4 : What device or product are you trying to link? Only fixed Home Broadband need an a/c no. to link.

Mobile routers are linked using their mobile no. just like a mobile phone.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi thanks for the replies,

It is for a fixed broadband account, yes I have a GB account number but it didn't recognise this, it looks like I will have to call someone to work it out.
