Hi. The wife had a text that appears genuine. Something from EE is being delivered today. Took delivery of two new handsets on upgrade two weeks ago and subsequently received a pin for the handsets before they were delivered. I’m the main account holder but she’s received the text on my second line (her phone). She doesn’t have the app or access to the account to order anything, all emails come to me and haven’t had anything confirming an order. The tracking states it’s coming today between 1-2 and says the order was generated on the 16th (2 days ago) I can’t call 150 as I’m currently without a voice thanks to the flu. The Mrs can’t call as she’s in work all day. Should I refuse delivery or accept it and see what it is? I’m guessing it can’t be a handset as we haven’t had a pin sent through or do all EE delivery’s via DPD require a pin? Any help greatly received.

Hi there @Benboy
Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you have any additional devices/numbers showing active in your EE account?
If you or your wife have not placed any orders, please report it to us as soon as possible. If you're unable to speak to us at the moment please can your wife call us on 150 or 0800 956 6000 when available. The team can check if any orders have been placed and help you further.
Leanne.

Did you figure out what happened with this? I’m in the same position… I upgraded over 2 weeks ago, traded in the old phone and already received my new one. Today received a text from DPD with a pin saying they’re going to deliver an order from EE… I don’t understand!? Did they send anything or was it sent in error?

Hi @nataliec505
Thanks for coming to the community.
What phone did you purchase and did you get any insurance with it?
If you did, it may be the Minute One Bundle that comes with insurance.
If not, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides so they can check the account to see what the order is for.
Keep me posted with what happens.
Michael
