Samsung refusing to honor s25 offer

After going back and forth with samsung they are refusing to honor the offer now buds and watch as I have a discount on my account. Unless this is rectified I will be returning my handset under the cooling off period.

I also have this issue. I am receiving text messages but i am unable to call australian numbers with my sim, i have the inclusive add on for roaming zone 1 and my data works. its just calling numbers. Did you manage to find a solution? 

Full works roaming SIM plan & Cayman Islands

Will a full roaming sim plan for iPhone cover the Cayman Islands (which I believe is not included in the same zone as other parts of the Caribbean)?
