Update on my order

Hello EE,

I pre-ordered a new iPhone on 12/09/2025 and I am still patiently waiting for an update. I have not yet received any confirmation or dispatch email from EE.

Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my order and when I can expect delivery?

Welcome to the community,

If you download the DPD app and register with the same information as EE have, you will receive notification from DPD by the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number which you show the driver before you can receive your device.

If you want more information, you will have to follow @XRaySpeX  advice.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

To be honest with you, when I pre-ordered the phone, in email I received it’s taking 21 days business days. I wrote this comment to people know, they’re not alone! I heard in local EE, the person is working in EE branch still waiting for his order!

The problem is I can’t tracking my other! Even I ordered twice. It’s a same issue! but people who pre-ordered and requested to pick up from near local EE. They’re receiving their orders.  It’s so confusing! nightmare!
