Apple ultra 3 despatch question

I ordered the ultra 3 on Saturday, the app says it’s been despatched (on Monday) but there is no date of despatch or tracking number. I expected it to be here by now, what has happened please?

Welcome to the community,

Have you looked at the App tracking at the end it may show an X, then it means it has not been dispatched.

Unfortunately we have no idea, this is not customer service and we have no account access.

Please also make sure that you have the DPD app as you will receive notification from them up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number that you have to show the driver in order to get your device.

EE are usually much quicker than this, I’m not impressed.

@Jenny159 , blame it on Apple not delivering enough of the devices and being so popular, as you only ordered it on Saturday, they are dispatched on a first come first serve basis, and this happens every year.

No I do not know, as this is a public forum and I am not staff, just a customer like you, sorry.
