Welcome to the community,

You will have to speak to customer service about this, but in order to pick it up from the store, you must have photo ID, such as passport or driving licence, we cannot do anything here, this is not customer service and we have no account access.

Welcome to the community.

Just following on from the above from @Schockwave, if you have already placed an order to be delivered to your home address, we'd not be able to change the order to be collected from store.

You can place an order through the EE app or website and choose to have it delivered to store, but our customer service guides aren't able to arrange for a delivery to go to a store.

If you wanted to have a delivery sent to an EE store or go to order in the store to collect from there, you'd need to cancel any current order and re-order. This can be done by calling our customer service guides.

If you did cancel it is worth noting that you would be at the back of any order queues. For example, many versions of the iPhone 17 range do have a waiting list at the moment due to the popularity.
