No confirmation of order received

Hi,

I recently ordered an iPhone 17 pro max, I knew delivery may take up to 28days, I have not received an initial confirmation that the phone has actually been ordered, however the upfront cost and delivery cost have been taken. I have rang today to ask someone and it's a 45 minute wait which I'm unable to hold on for.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder? We have no access to accounts here in this public forum, so cannot confirm anything for you.

If you ring customer service and press option 2, this should get you through to one of the guides.

The upfront cost should be pending on your account until such time as the item has been dispatched.

Please make sure that you have the DPD app with the same information as EE have, as you will receive notification from them up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number you show the driver to receive your device.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
