My ee app not working

My ee app not working again. 

Called CS 2 days ago to escalate as couldn't gift data. 

Still not working today. Tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. No joy. 

@EE please fix. 

Always an ongoing issue.

Why for the number 1 company??

Does the same happen in your online My EE account, if you log in using a web browser? @Pet60 

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?

I have the same problem. Haven't been able to use the app for months.

I've updated it, deleted it, reinstalled it - yesterday.

Login works, very slowly, over the internet but doesn't do anything with the app, just sits on the login screen.

I have been having this same problem since June this year. No matter what I use be it the iOS app, android app or the web online I still cannot access my bills or my plan. It just states that there is a problem.

I phoned CS and spoke to technical support when it started and they told me that it's working when they try it so why is it not working for me?

I log in on the web but it just keeps stating 'there seems to be a problem' and then it goes into some sort of loop.  I try to log out but it won't let me.

Please can this be fixed as it's important to me to see my bills and download them and yes I have updated the app and uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Once I log in on the app I can see my phone number and can click down the arrow to see my watch e-sim number.  It is when I click on bills or plans & subscriptions that it then states that there is a problem and I can't go no further. 

On the web I can't see anything after I input my email and password.  It looks like it's going to log me in but it then says something went wrong and the screen goes white, it just loops like that all the time.

I have done already and the same thing happens.  I've tried using Firefox, Safari, Edge, Chrome and it happens both on my iPhone and Samsung phones.

My iPhone was dropping calls so I got a replacement Sim today at the store and I asked there about why cannot access my invoices or data plans but unfortunately she couldn't help me.  I even spoke to tech support about another matter this evening and mentioned it to him but again nothing could be done.

I am seriously thinking of leaving EE when my contract is up next year as I have never had problems like this before.
