My ee app not working

My ee app not working again. 

Called CS 2 days ago to escalate as couldn't gift data. 

Still not working today. Tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. No joy. 

@EE please fix. 

Always an ongoing issue.

Why for the number 1 company??

Have you tried deleting and re-downloading the app?

Same problem here, can login fine on website. Have cleared data and cache several times, uninstalled and reinstalled 8 times and still it lets you enter email, goes to the password page, enter password, click continue then nothing! No matter how long you wait, even tried refreshing, then just aays bad link! Help as need to gift daughter data!

Ive tried it on samsing galaxy s23 plus amd samsung galaxy s10 plus, still same issue, tried changing password also, still same issue

Hi @Darwin1 

Are you using Microsoft Edge as the web browser on your phone?

If so, can you go into Settings for Microsoft Edge, select Privacy and Security, Block opening external apps, and turn this off. 

Then close and reopen the app, can you now complete the set up?

Same issue for me for months. Using s22 ultra....

I have got the same problem I have reported it still not sorted out nobody at ee cares no bill for 2 months now and when ask said they will charge me for it

Can you log in and view your bills in your My EE account online?

I can't access my bills and payments just got a circle going round needs sorting been like it 2 months now
