My ee app not working again. 

Called CS 2 days ago to escalate as couldn't gift data. 

Still not working today. Tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. No joy. 

@EE please fix. 

Always an ongoing issue.

Why for the number 1 company??

This still continues to be a problem with the app and website. Can't understand why EE do not fix it.

It is not an isolated problem. From the forums hundreds if not thousands of customers have the same problem with data, plan info and bills. Technical support are unable to help and calls tend to be a waste of time. EE please fix this issue.

I'm having the same issues. It won't log me on using the app and the website says its having trouble every time I try to access my home page with the device details on. I've updated everything, cleared all data/cache and reinstalled it about 10 times. Also accessed the website on numerous different devices! No online help and the lines are crazy busy! 

Not good enough EE for a leading tech company you're app and website don't work and there's little to no customer support unless you've got all day to spend.. Been with EE for years but that is going to change soon!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. 

As you have tried everything we can recommend here on the community I would recommend getting in touch with our technical care team by calling 150 from your EE handset. 

The team will be able to look into this further and escalate this if needs be.

Still continuing. Yep, have contacted IT help on 150 too and they couldn't help.  They told me it was a temporary IT issue and would be rectified.That was over 3 weeks ago. DavidSent from my Galaxy

You've taken the right steps in getting back in touch with the technical team. If they have raised a ticket for you, they'll be in touch once they have an update.
