Hi, I messaged on here the other day about asking where the live chat option has gone from the app, I go to help and there isn’t a option to “message us” just “call us” only, I’m going round in circles trying to see if there’s any other way but there isn’t, you keep telling me to go to the help section but it doesn’t give me anything. So how come it’s suddenly disappeared? I’ve even tried on the chrome browser, Safari browser tried refreshing it and the app and still nothing, I really need to speak to someone!
