Unable to link my sim and mobile in the ee app

Unable to link my ee sim and mobile to the existing ee broadband account 

Says it is already linked to the other online account spoked to 2 customer service people said it is a technical issue will be resolved in a week

Now its more than a week but still the problem isn't resolved

Welcome to the community.

You have done the right thing in contacting our customer service team. If they're not able to fix it on the call, they send the details to an offline team who can check everything and get them linked fully.

Hopefully it's sorted soon for you.

Welcome to the community.

If you aren't able to link the account after trying different browsers and the EE app, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides.

They will be able to access your account and look to get it linked for you. If they aren't able to, they can send the details to our back office team for them to resolve.
