Access my bills on EE Website - unreliable!

I have been trying to access my bills on the EE website and it is continually stuck and even after refreshing the webpage, still no joy.How can a telecom company have such a poor and unreliable website?!

EE app functionality

When i access the "manage" option on the app and then I click on the broadband option no information or options appear just empty boxes as per attached photo.

Resolved! EE insurance team

I am very upset angery and furstrated on people working in EE insurance department. They blocked my ipone 13 pro max instead of lost  iphone 15 pro max  . Absolute waste of space these people are .
