Cyber security app not opening or working.

What do you mean by it not opening or working? Have you registered it?

Have been using for about a year, when you try to open the app the screen
just goes blank. As I have paid for the app I don't want to delete the app
and still be paying for it.

I'm currently having the same issue, saying my information has been found on the dark web. Click on it and the app is just a white screen

Glad it's not just me. Hopefully can get it sorted as have previously had
my phone hacked hence the cyber security.

Try clearing the device history and cookies  and see if that works or and delete the app, restart your device and then reinstall the app and sign back in.
