I tried to log in yesterday on my PC and got a 'We can't load this right now' message. Tried the EE app on my phone, got as far as setting a PIN and then received the same message. I've had this message frequently in the past and thought it was just a temporary issue with the website/ app.
This morning I got an email from EE asking me to reset my password 'for security reasons'. OK, so maybe that was the problem- reset my password on the PC and... same issue, 'This service isn't working right now.'
So I switch to the app to see if that works. Naturally, it doesn't recognise my new password and then informs me that I've tried to log in too many times and suggests I reset my password...
Seriously now, what on earth is the problem with your IT? It's been very flaky in the past, but this is a new level of nonsense.
