I can't link my mobile phone to my new account. How do I fix this ? Where can I go for help ?

Welcome to the community.
You can link your account in through the manage products section of your EE Account online. If you have any problems doing that, it may be worth trying on a different device.
If you need any help after that, I recommend speaking with our customer support team, so that they can try and link them from our side.
