can I please exchange this phone for a new ee iphone with the number ***********

Hi @Winston530 

Are you looking to change your phone and mobile number, or are you looking to put your existing SIM from the non-working phone into the working phone that you already have with a different number? 

You can swap SIM cards between devices without a problem, as long as the device you're looking to use is unlocked to work on EE/all networks.  


Alternatively, if you're outside of your minimum term or on a SIM only contract, you could look at upgrading your device to a new iPhone. 
You can also contact Customer Service for your replacement options as well as changing your number.
