Pin number for dpd delivery

Hi, I have a Google smartwatch previously linked to my Google account. I've ordered an upgrade but it's lost the link to my Google account, but dpd have sent the delivery pin to the mobile number assigned to the phone. How do I change the number so dpd send the pin to a number I can see?

Check the DPD site/app

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks. Done both, nothing there. I believe dpd need to send me a new PIN but unsure when that will happen or whether they've just sent another one to the "old" mobile number.

I think I need to be patient!

If you need to update the contact number for your delivery PIN, you can do this by giving our team a call.
