Wrong phone number and cannot link the billing account

I switched to EE mobile network and broadband on Jan 23, now i still cannot link my billing account to myEE account. Further checked with the staff in the shop, it is found out that the staff wrongly put the temp number of the new sim card as my contact number in the billing account, now the temp number is cancelled and they cannot amend the record in the system. Ths shop staff just advised me to call 150 to fix. The staff in the shop do not provide any helpful information to my questions, very poor customer service. Now my mobile and broadband are working normally, but just cannot find my billing account details from EE.
