Payment owing but when I try and pay it says £0.00

I keep getting a message saying that I haven't paid my bill but when I log on to either the app or online it says that I owe the monthly amount but when I click on the to pay it says I owe £0.00. I have paid my bill because I have the confirmation via email and on my bank app. Anyone else having this problem, it's not the first time either.

It is the time of year there are many phishing emails, are you sure the email is genuine.

I have had the same thing today. I paid early in January but they say I owe them still. It's a nightmare trying to talk to anyone about it too.

You can text BILL to 150 for up-to-date confirmation on your current account balance.
