Hi EE Team,
I need some help with my account setup.
Both my wife and I are using EE mobile numbers, and we also have EE home broadband. All of these services – mobile and broadband – were set up under my name, and I believe they are all registered under the same EE account.
However, when I log into My EE, I can only see the home broadband bill. I’m unable to view any of the mobile bills. It says I’m not the account holder for the mobile numbers, which is confusing because everything should be under my name.
Can someone please help me understand what’s going on and how I can link the mobile bills to my account so I can manage them all in one place?

Look under the account settings to see if you're set up as the account holder as it sounds like you're not set up correctly.
