So I cannot log into tmy ee perks account - cant reset the password as no longer have access to the work email address but it also has my private email address - I spoke with someone on the chat who said I would receive a reply within 24-48hrs and its now almost 72 hours later and still no response. All I want to do is upgrade my phone!!
I wouldnt mind but been with EE for well over 10 years now!!
