Hi chat,
I have a payment arrangement with EE, but I recently lost my job and I have no money to live on as my final salary was £0 due to overpayments.
I am applying for UC and I also have a new job interview next week: if all goes well I could have a job in place by the 14th and UC by the 22nd. Would EE be able to accept this as I have no other way of paying my payment arrangement 😞

Hi @Zxso2505
Welcome to the community.
I can totally understand your concern at making sure the payment arrangement stays in place.
You would need to speak to our Payment Support team to discuss the options if you unable to make the payment. They'll be able to access your account and discuss if there is anything else they can do for you until you do have some funds coming in.
You can reach them on 150 from an EE mobile or 08000798586 from any other phone.
I hope they can get something arranged for you, and that the interview goes well next week.

Hey Michael,
thank you so much for this. The only issue is I have no time to call as my grandma has become extremely sick and I spend literally all day at the hospital with her and my family as the doctors advised it isn’t looking good. I wanted to use live chat or see if I could email EE but I cannot seem to find anything and really can’t risk having my services cut off at the minute as I can’t sort anything out till the end of the month 😕

The best option would be to call when you do get a chance @Zxso2505, but if you wanted to try chat, it would be in the EE app under the Help section, then Message Us.

@Zxso2505 , there is no email, as that would take too long to get it sorted, there is only live chat if you are a mobile contract customer, which you can find via the EE app under help, it should be there, although some of us have found it has disappeared for some reason.
If you have your phone with you, can you not ring them?
I am sorry about your grandma being so poorly, but I would strongly advise you to give customer service a call as soon as possible, by pressing option 2, as you should get through to a human, that is your best bet, as live chat may not be best to help.
