where’s the live chat gone from the account when you go contact us it only gives me “call us” can someone explain to where it’s gone all of sudden as I need to speak to someone.

To replace your SIM you will need to either give us a call or visit your local EE Store with photo ID. 

Do you need a replacement because your current SIM is lost or stolen?
