Boradband and mobile on two different accounts

I've just taken out broadband and TV to go with my mobiles, but the two accounts are not linked.

I've tried the option to link my new BB account number to my mobile account, but it's not working.  I have the BB account number and the email address that the BB was set up under, but I can't log in (it says that the password is wrong), and when I try to change the password it says that the EE ID doesn't exist.

I don't really mind having two separate EE IDs for my products, but I would like to be able to access the BB and TV.  Could it be that the EE ID was set up a long while ago for an old PAYG mobile account (and I haven't logged in for a while) and it needs to be verified (which is something I can't do either)?

Any help would be welcomed!

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to try to link the account when you login to your mobile account?

If you are in the EE app or logged in to the website, just scroll to the bottom of the home screen once you've logged in, and there will be an option to link there. 

If you aren't able to link the accounts, the best option would be to give our customer service guides a call, and they can view the accounts to see what the EE ID is for the broadband account and look to get them merged for you.
