Just the WORST app and website.

I thought this was a PHONE and INTERNET company...!

They have the worst most glitchy app, and the website feels like trying to load a photo of a cat in 1993.

In 2024, 'clearing the cache' etc etc should not be the way to make a basic-as website function at an absolute base level.

Welcome to the community.

Is there something specific that you're having problems with? Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app?

With the website, does the same thing happen no matter which device or browser you use?

@oakers13   So your comparing a cellular network and a broadband provider with a website and how that website functions.  These are not the same thing.

Hi Chris, it seems to always be when I select to pay my bill, it'll start to take me to the correct page, then freeze, it did it on the app, so I reinstalled it and same thing, and then also on the website both on my M1 mac on Chrome, and my iPhone on Safari. After about six tries I ended up calling and doing it on the phone
