Cancel add on

I have the TNT sports add on. 

id like to cancel it. 

it started a while back, I’ve just upgraded, it’s not showing as active on my account but I am paying for and have used it. 

any ideas on how I can cancel without sitting in a long phone queue please?

If you text STOP SPORT to 150, this will remove TNT Sports for you.
