Cancel add on

I have the TNT sports add on. 

id like to cancel it. 

it started a while back, I’ve just upgraded, it’s not showing as active on my account but I am paying for and have used it. 

any ideas on how I can cancel without sitting in a long phone queue please?

I have messaged multiple times STOP SPORT to 150 and have had no reply

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you tried to remove TNT Sports in the EE app? 

You can do this by selecting Manage, then Mobile & SIMs and then Add-ons and inclusive extras.

Tried doing that and nothing appears! 
I know I’m still paying it as it’s on my bill!

I just want it cancelled

they said they couldn’t cancel it over the phone but to text STOP SPORT to 150

just going around in circles really

Did the agent provide you with any information as to why they could not cancel this for you?

Something about he was unable to cancel it his side I would have to text 150

If the text and online options aren't working for you @JP1986, I would recommend speaking to the team again over the phone.

If they aren't able to remove it, they'll need to raise a ticket to get it taken off the account.

I also wish to cancel my tnt sport/discovery + add on. 
I am unable to find it in my subscriptions to cancel myself
