When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

If you send us a text with AL to 150, does this confirm you have the full £10 of credit?

Hi Peter,
Did all of that and said £10 credit was there and when topped up. Had to phone up and they sorted it, but couldn't explain what the problem was. Let's see what happens at top up/pack renewal next month. Thanks for coming back to me

Please can EE help me! I am on holidays in Africa and run out of my data plan, I don’t know how as I haven’t made one phonecall or received one phonecall, nor have I used any data (only on Wi-Fi) and the number will not connect so I can’t call EE to increase my data plan and ‘Help’ on the EE App, doesn’t work either so I can’t even use a chat to talk to EE - what an absolute nightmare!

Are you on Pay monthly or Pay as you go?
You can check the costs of using your phone and bundles available at Roaming | EE
By default your data is blocked while abroad and will only work if you purchase a data bundle. This avoids any accidental data charges.
The bundles available will be offered once you land in your destination. They can only be purchased while in the country you are going to.
If you're unable to call Customer Care, you can use the Live Messaging service through the EE App. Just click the "Help" icon > Message Us.

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your SIM at the moment. Have you just been in one area since you lost signal or have you been to multiple areas?
If it is just one area have you checked for any local signal issues here Coverage Checker | Check Coverage and Signal in Your Area | EE
Have you restarted the phone since you lost signal?
