When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team. They'll be able to check your account(s) to see if there's anything that has been flagged to CRS.

There is no "message us" when clicking on "help". Is live chat not available now?

If you're a pay monthly customer, it should give you a 'message us' option in the help section of the EE App. If you're not seeing it, please try updating the app, or deleting and redownloading it.
Let me know if that works.
