When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

Yes. I topped up my phone yesterday but my pack has no renewed, and saying not enough credit, but my account is showing the £10 from yesterday. Why hasn't it renewed.
