When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

The best way to contact Customer Service to discuss your package is to give us a call. Contact Us | Help & Support
Alternatively, if you'd still prefer to speak to someone via live chat you can log into the EE App. Just click Help > Message Us

I need to top up by voucher.
Sending a SMS at 150 with "VO ..." does not work.
Any other option?

Have you tried calling 150 to redeem your voucher? (There is no charge for using the automated service)

I have been without 4g on my 4g ee router fo over 2 weeks despite reporting the fault and repeated calls to the help dek.

The call is automatically disconnected.

Not able to contact from other phone.
I assume better is to submit a complaint, because I can not use the EE network.
Everything is outdated!
