When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

Sorry the message us option in the EE app is not available for pay as you go accounts.
Please see our How to Top-up a Pay As You Go Phone, Help page for ways to top up 🙂

I'm sayrajahan. i have a direct debit for my mobile phone.But recenty my bank has been closed which i used for this direct debit. i want to update my bank account.please let me know the process.

If you log into your EE account and select Home, Bills and Payments and then Manage Direct Debit you can update the details 🙂
