Mobile phone plan is not showing in app

My mobile phone plan is not showing up in the app.I have tried to link it but it says it is already linked.Have tried logging in and out etc and even deleting the app and trying again but still the same.

I have spoken to EE today as my app won’t work and I can’t log in completely on a pc etc. Can’t see bills or gift data. Apparently I’m not the only one having this issue so am now waiting for tech to contact me to see what can be done.
