I was in the process of adding a phone to my contract but I have been removed from the chat. I now don’t have the ability to live chat and I keep getting PIN codes through text message to try and reconnect.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you log into the EE app and select Help, does 'message us' show?
If not and you are unable to get back to the chat, please give us a call on 150 and the team will help you get another contract added and go through everything with you on the call 🙂
