How to access live chat?

When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

We don't have access to your account via these forums to check these charges, but I definitely want to make sure we point you in the right direction.
What are the charges you're seeing here, and are these for a home or mobile account?

Is your device being collected or are you visiting your local EE Store?
Do you get an error when trying to download your repair receipt?

@Cleverm1 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.

@Alabi1 : You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

I live in the US and use a EE SIM when I travel to the UK. I can't access my account now as it tries to send verification to my phone but I don't currently have access to the phone. I have the same issue with the app. Is there any way to connect via live chat.
