Can’t link my EE TV subscription to EE TV app

Cant complete purchase.

I am trying to purchase an I Phone, but when i click complete after entering all my details it comes up with error 404, it has doe it around 5 times.  Is there any way to complete the purchase without having to call EE?  TIA
