How to contact EE after 11pm, as my internet service is down

You have to wait untill 8.am in the morning 😱😡🤬 it's ridiculous the very same thing happened to me last week. It's not good enough is it?

There is the option to speak to someone but only if your device is lost or has been stolen, failing that it's a case of waiting till the morning m8 😊
