Any update as to when the option to download your bill will be back on our log in pages?

Welcome to the community,

If you log in to My EE App, click on Bills and Payments, you will see you can download it from there, it should be the same if you log in via the website.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
Option is not there online or on the app.

@Fiona70 , are you on a monthly contract and is this for a phone or sim only contract?

Which App do you have, as it is there, I just checked? Have not looked at the account on the website.
