Bills & Payment - Option to Print Bill

Any update as to when the option to download your bill will be back on our log in pages?

Welcome to the community,

If you log in to My EE App, click on Bills and Payments, you will see you can download it from there, it should be the same if you log in via the website.

@Fiona70 , are you on a monthly contract and is this for a phone or sim only contract?

Which App do you have, as it is there, I just checked? Have not looked at the account on the website.

If you log in to your account, you should be able to download and print your bill.

Thanks for reaching out here on the community. 

You can download your bill in pdf format when you log in to your account online or via the EE app. 

Once you have downloaded it you could print it out.

It looks like you can download a bill in pdf and that’s where the process of printing ends. There is no option to move forward and subsequently print out a bill. Can someone give an update please?

You can manually open the PDF from its saved location in your device/computer once it has downloaded. 
Then simply follow your usual steps to print a document.
