I am trying to link products to my account online - Broadband and TV. Every time I try to do this I get an error message asking me to try again later. I keep coming back to try again later and it does the same thing.
I have put my account number in - then it asks for my mobile number to send a passcode to - I get the passcode, put it in, then I get the error message.
So I have not been able to link any of my products to my account whatsoever yet.
Can somebody please help?

thank you for your reply but I'm afraid it hasn't solved the problem. The link you posted is for the contact page on your website which I have already been on numerous times looking for the right number to call for help, and there is nothing there for people who need help with their online accounts or your website. It's either technical help with tv/broadband/mobile, or sales, or billing/ lost or stolen phones / tracking orders - there is no contact info for problems with the EE website or for online accounts, which when you think about it is crazy - people need help with that.
Can you please tell me specifically which number I need to call, or email, to speak to somebody whose job it is to deal with account issues (not billing) or website issues please? Sending me to the contact page is no help.

@Emma485 For an online account issue please reach out to the technical team either via 150 from an EE mobile or 0330 123 1105 from any other phone and they should be able to help with linking up your products to your account.
