Is anyone else having problems with calls on their phone? Mine’s not been working for make calls or receive calls - the live chat doesn’t work either so EE aske me to call 150 and I can’t call customer service.
When you look at your phone, can you see signal bars and a 4G / 5G indicator? Also have you had a chance to look at our network status checker to see if we're aware of anything going on in the area?
