In the app doesn’t show message chat live and on the Google does not work

Hi @Mattyrach2018 

If you're a Pay Monthly customer, you should be able to message us through the EE app. If you head into the Help section, you should see "Message us". 

If this option isn't showing and you need to discuss your account,  please call the team directly for further support. 

If you have a query you think we can help with here, then please let us know.

Ee app no message service for 3 weeks now

Hi @Mattyrach2018 

I've just tested on my device and the chat seems to be working. Are you on a pay monthly contract? If so, you should have access to it.

Could you try deleting and re-downloading the app, or check the app store for an update please?

Let me know if it then works please.
