My EE mobile app stopped working

Hi . My EE app doesn't work . It stopped working 4 days ago and every time when I'm trying to log in it says there seems to be a problem ....try again. 

So I tried to log in on website but there is only partially open and if I want to open all my account then it says it can't reload ....

So now I don't know what to do ....I tried to clear cache ,clear data, then uninstall app and install it again but nothing helped . 

Can anybody from EE help me to solve this issue please .

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Yes , I checked and even I updated that app but it didn't work. Someone
told me that customer service team needs to reset my account to get
it fixed. But I have no idea.

If you are having trouble on the app and website, It would be best to give our tech guides a call, and they can bring up your account and look into this further for you.
