How do i view my bill and contract

I've got the same problem. How can I see my bill? It not anywhere on the app.

I agree. It’s absolutely impossible to find a copy of your contract on the EE app Or on the website when you’re logged in. 

I simply want a copy of it. 

 

Where do I find it? 

I have tried going on a live chat on the app and yesterday it said the wait time was one hour and nobody got back to me in eight hours. The customer support closed and now today it says the wait time is approximately 10 minutes and so far it’s been one hour again. So at the end of my contract, leaving after 15 years

Can access bills perfectly fine.

There is no section that shows your your contract on the APP or mobile web.

I have also been onto customer support now for 12 hours across two days with no reply. The approximate wait time supposed to be 10 minutes.

If you have account holder access you should be able to access your contract term dates. 

I have looked in the app and can see the dates by following these steps:

Manage > Scroll down > Your plan > Contract term.

there’s nothing like that on mine and I am the account holder.

 

there’s no option to click your plan. if you click see what’s included in your plan it just comes up with 5G etc… 

 

i’ve also been waiting on live chat now for 15 hours over two days and had no response.

I have checked my EE account and can see more information other than access to 5G network. 

If you do not see this our technical care team would need to look into this for you.

Hi @EER1.  

Contract information available in the EE app is the following:

  • Plan you are on
  • Contract dates
  • Allowance information

For the terms and conditions of your contract, these can be found by visiting Terms & Conditions for pay monthly phone.

The EE app does not hold a hard copy of your individual contract.
