Hi people,
Been trying to add a Macbook Air to my basket to buy since Friday afternoon but can't get it to add to my basket to order.
I've been in Wales camping so I was thinking it was signal, however i've got home and tried it on the mobile site, mobile app, and now my desktop PC and still can't make an order?
Anyone else having issues?

We don't want you to have any issues with your add to plan options, so I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can get this added for you, as well as look at your account and see why you've been having these issues.

It’s happening to me too. Tried ringing up and they said they don’t know why it’s happening and they can’t do anything about it.

If yes, and your account is eligible have you been able to process this over the phone?

The lady on the phone just said how it’s the website isn’t working right and to just keep trying as she couldn’t add the MacBook to the basket herself.

Yes, I can add an iPhone and other things alright just seems to be the MacBook.

What MacBook and colour are you selecting?
It could be that this is out of stock.
