i have never received one of these items, I don’t even know what one looks like.  I recently upgraded my iphone, I did return my old iPhone which you acknowledged but I don’t have anything else that I can return and I certainly do not want to be charged.  Can you please double check this ?

@Clh1872 you (or someone with your account details) ordered the EE TV package on September 15th and then cancelled a few hours later.  The TV Box Edge had already been dispatched, and was delivered to your home address on September 17th at 12:31pm.  There's a photo from Royal Mail showing it being delivered to an open UPVC wood-effect front door.

I think I have found the box that it arrived in now so is it this new item that I need to return?

It'll say EE TV on it.  Just follow the instructions in the email to return it to us.
